What is Seffiller?

Seffiller is a medical treatment designed to regenerate the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and mucous membranes using the safest, most natural, and biocompatible resource: the patient’s own fat tissue. This tissue contains two fundamental elements that play a key role in tissue regeneration: the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) and mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs). In essence, it promotes tissue regeneration using the body’s own cells.

Thanks to the reparative action of these cells, Seffiller enhances skin appearance, nourishes subcutaneous tissue, and revitalizes mucous membranes, delivering visible and long-lasting results. Moreover, this treatment can be applied to other areas of the body to amplify its regenerative effects.

How is the Seffiller treatment performed?

This is an outpatient procedure performed in the clinic. It involves collecting fat—typically from the abdomen or hip—using a cannula in a simple, safe, and standardized manner with a medical kit. This process yields approximately 6-8 cc of fat rich in stromal cells, which is then injected into facial areas (or other body zones) where exclusive dermal cell regeneration is desired. This enhances skin quality, boosts luminosity, improves fine wrinkles, and enhances dermal texture. The procedure is carried out under local anesthesia.

One of the great advantages of this treatment is that, since it is derived from the patient’s own tissue, it is ideal for individuals with allergies, autoimmune diseases, or inflammatory conditions in which hyaluronic acid or other non-autologous injectable substances are contraindicated.

Can Seffiller be combined with other treatments?

Seffiller is a regenerative therapy that naturally works on the skin and tissues, promoting regeneration and improving microcirculation. Thanks to its mechanism of action, it can be easily combined with other aesthetic medical procedures, such as dermal fillers, thread lifts, microneedling, laser treatments, chemical peels, or neuromodulators, enhancing and prolonging their results.

How often should the treatment be repeated?

Since Seffiller uses cells that follow their natural life cycle, its regenerative effects are long-lasting. However, to optimize and extend its benefits, it is recommended to repeat the treatment every 6 to 12 months, depending on each patient’s specific needs.
