Do you want to keep your skin firm and elastic?
To prevent and treat skin’s loss of firmness, we introduce a new natural treatment based on a collagen and elastin-stimulating hyaluronic acid. The facial redensification treatment Regenskin.
Facial redensification has become one of the most popular treatments in the world of aesthetic medicine in recent years. More and more people are seeking an effective and long-lasting solution to combat the signs of aging in their skin, and facial redensification is presented as an efficient and natural alternative to achieve this.
As time goes by, our skin loses its firmness and elasticity due to the decrease in collagen and hyaluronic acid, which can lead to wrinkles, sagging, and loss of volume. Redensification is a facial rejuvenation treatment that aims to reverse these signs of aging, restoring the skin’s firmness and elasticity.
Benefits of facial redensification.
Facial redensification isn’t a new aesthetic medical rejuvenation treatment; it has been practiced for several years and has evolved significantly over time. It’s a non-invasive procedure that employs various techniques to stimulate collagen production in the skin, aiming to enhance skin density and firmness. It’s used to address sagging, wrinkles, and loss of volume in the face.
One of the primary advantages of facial redensification is that it doesn’t require surgery, making it a very safe treatment with virtually immediate recovery.
What does facial redensification with hyaluronic acid entail?
One of the most innovative treatments for facial redensification is Regenskin, which is based on the application of state-of-the-art hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 200 KDalton. This induces stimulation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes through CD 44 membrane receptors.
Fibroblasts are cells present in the skin and other connective tissues, responsible for producing and maintaining the extracellular matrix of the skin—the tissue that envelops our skin cells. This matrix is responsible for skin’s elasticity and firmness, mainly composed of collagen and elastin. On the other hand, keratinocytes are cells found in the epidermis, the outermost layer of the skin, responsible for producing keratin—a protein that forms a protective layer on the skin’s surface.
This biochemical stimulation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes generates neosynthesis of type 1 collagen, which is entirely physiological (naturally found in our body, elastic like the one we have in our youth) and non-fibrotic, unlike type 3 collagen (that originates in scars, tougher and less elastic) formed with traditional collagen inducers. This translates to a natural bio-stimulation and redensification of the skin, yielding visible results in the short, medium, and long term.
By stimulating the body’s natural response, a rejuvenation process is activated in the deeper layers of the skin. The result is an improvement in texture, luminosity, elasticity, and hydration.
Regenskin, a facial redensification treatment designed at Clínica Escoda.
Regenskin is an innovative treatment designed at Clínica Escoda to enhance skin firmness and elasticity, as well as to prevent facial aging. This facial rejuvenation treatment offers long-lasting and natural results with minimal aesthetic impact.
We have developed two versions of the same rejuvenating treatment: Regenskin, a milder version for younger or less damaged skin, and Regenskin Plus, designed for mature skin that requires not only the reduction of fine wrinkles but also deep hydration for the entire facial skin.
In both versions, the treatment begins with a superficial peel to eliminate dead cells and optimize results. It concludes with a mask rich in growth factors to achieve optimal skin repair effects.
Only two sessions are needed, with around three weeks between them. For ideal result maintenance, two annual sessions are recommended, spaced six months apart.
Regenskin can also be combined with other rejuvenation treatments like hyaluronic acid facial fillers, lasers, IPL, or PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).
