Some of the products offered in our office and online store can only be sold under medical prescription, making it necessary to conduct a prior skin diagnosis.
In the online diagnosis, we will ask you to fill out a brief questionnaire and send us some photos of your skin. An expert from our team will review the information you provide and prescribe the most suitable products, along with precise instructions on how to apply them.
During the on-site diagnosis, we will perform a skin analysis with OBSERV technology to accurately diagnose your skin type, as well as skin problems that reside on the surface or are hidden in the deeper layers of the skin. The duration of the diagnosis is approximately 30-45 minutes, and the cost is 30€, which will be discounted on your next treatment or on the purchase of products totaling a minimum of 30€.
